Beau Pur Cosmetics LLC – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every step of your Beau Pur experience. If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🔁 Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

💳 Refunds
If your issue qualifies, we’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement (subject to availability). Please allow 10-15 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank.
